Alley of Famous Noses was an artistic creation in Kremnica with an idea of commemorating famous Slovak comedians. Originally, people were supposed to leave the imprint of their butt on the wall, but this wouldn't go through, so they switched to noses after a quote by one of the comedians: "You have to have a nose for aphorisms." It became a memorial of sorts after the death of famous Slovak comedian Július Satinský.
