The dominant landmark of this district is the Basilica of the Sacré Cœur. However, there are many other significant sights and museums in the area so be sure to explore it properly.

In the past, many famous artists had worked in Montmartre, including Salvador Dalí and Pablo Picasso. Today, you can still get your portrait painted here by the artists in the streets.
