Unveiled in 1979, this memorial celebrates one of the greatest scientists in the world. In his papers, you can see equations of his famous scientific advances: theory of general relativity, photoelectric effect, and equivalence of energy and matter.
Interestingly, the memorial was featured in the opening sequence of Sesame Street.
