One of the oldest Balinese temples dominates Lempuyang mountain and overlooks the surrounding hills. An architectural gem which also provides priceless views! You will need to climb quite a few stairs to get there though - nearly 1800. The breathtaking views and the amazing temple are well worth it though.
Beware though, the temple is off-limits to tourists and if you wish to take the Instagram-famous picture at the gate, there is an hour long wait for your picture to be taken.
