Peggy’s Cove wurde 1811 als eine kleine Ortschaft an der Ostküste der St. Margarets Bay in Nova Scotia gegründet. Seit 1995 gehört Peggy’s Cove mit ca. 650 Einwohnern zum Gebiet des Halifax Regional Municipality.
