Die St. John’s Co-Cathedral ist die Konkathedrale des römisch-katholischen Erzbistums Malta in Valletta. Sie wird als Ko-Kathedrale bezeichnet, da sie als zweiter Sitz des Erzbischofs von Malta neben der Kathedrale St. Paul in Mdina dient.
