The iconic glass cube located in Manhattan is one of the best known Apple Stores. It is situated in front of the GM building and it is a very popular spot not just for buying new Apple products but also as a tourist sight.
Even though the individual Apple Stores are always adjusted to the place they occupy, this one has more of an artistic purpose. It was designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson and awarded with several architectonic awards.
It is usually crowded when a new Apple product is released. However, the building is open 24/7 including all holidays so do not hesitate to come and see it.
