If it wasn't for the great fire that destroyed the whole area in the 16th century, this church (originally built by the end of the 11th century) would have been one of the oldest ones in Venice. The present day one was built in the 16th century and it contains altarpieces by two well known Italian artists - Titian and Pordenone.
