Copenhagen Airport is located around 12 km from Copenhagen, on the island of Amager, and serves Copenhagen and Sweden too as they are linked by the Øresund Bridge. It’s the main transportation hub for Nordic countries and although it’s not as busy as other big airports in Europe, it offers great connections to European countries, especially to Nordic countries, the Baltic region and Eastern Europe.
The airport has two terminals, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, but with common post-security departure and transfer area and both handle international and domestic flights. There is a reasonable variety of shops and services located at the airport.
