This zoo, which is the oldest zoo in the Arabian peninsula, is quite small but definitely worth a visit! See some endangered species such as Siberian and Bengal tiger. Kids will have fun just as adults.
The city has started a construction of a brand new zoo in a different location. Once the new premises are ready, all the animals should be moved to their new home and the former zoo will be closed.
