One of the smaller canals of Amsterdam, lined with trees, occasional cafés and residential houses. It's not very touristy and it provides great photo-taking opportunities. In the past, this place was known for its sugar and dye factories. There are plenty bridges crossing the canal. If you want to see the real, genuine Amsterdam, you should definitely come here.
