This museum is dedicated to the history of glassmaking. It especially focuses on the iconic Murano glass. The glasswork made Venice famous all over Europe so it should come as no surprise that a museum dedicated to it can be found here. It is situated in the beautiful gothic Giustinian Palace which used to serve as a seat of the bishop of Torcello.
