Masaryk Street

You are surely going to pass through this street on your visit to Brno. Being the main street, this road is highly frequented by pedestrians. It connects the Central Station and Freedom Square and it is filled with various shops, pubs and eateries where you can spend your time.

It changed names quite a few times, depending on who was one of the most prominent people in the country at that time. It was named after emperor Ferdinand, Hermann Göring and T.G. Masaryk.
