It is located at 100 East Northwestern Avenue, Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The arboretum is open daily except major holidays; an admission fee is charged at the gate.

Open daily from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Apr – Oct: weekends until 5 p.m.
Jun – Aug: on Thu, open until 8:30 p.m.

Regular Tour: every Sat and Sun at 2 p.m. without reservations required.
Native Trees Tour: 1st and 3rd Sat in Sep – Nov & Apr – Jun at 11 a.m. without reservations required.
Closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

Students, Yout (3-17) and Active Military (valid ID): $7
Children (0-2): free
