The locals love to spend sunny afternoons here. There is a Japanese teahouse, playground for children and in winter you can skate here.
The park also hosts colourful water and light concerts, which take place every evening from May to September. There is no entrance fee so all you have to do is to bring a blanket and some refreshments and just enjoy the amazing dance of lights.
