This palace, named after the Queen Sofía, is an impressive opera house and a spectacular architectural gem. Opened in 2005, the first opera performed here was Beethoven's Fidelio.
Beside the spectacular performances to be seen, there are guided tours available that will guide you through the history and construction of this spectacular building.
