The oldest tasting house in town, opened by the Bootz distillery on June 29th, 1650. You can order a variety of spirits and ales, but the most sought-after drink is Jenever, which is a Dutch gin made out of junipers. It gets full quickly after opening, so prepare for a possible queue outside.
