Questa chiesa, conosciuta anche come Christ Church of Boston, detiene tre record cittadini: è la chiesa più antica, è il monumento storico più visitato ed ha il campanile che, con i suoi quasi 60 metri, è il più alto della città.
È stata costruita nel 1723 e ha avuto un ruolo cruciale nella Rivoluzione Americana. Nell'aprile del 1775, mentre le forze britanniche stavano avanzando lungo il fiume Charles, il patriota americano Robert Newman diede il segnale d'allarme dalla cima della chiesa tramite due lanterne, comunicando così ai soldati statunitensi la posizione dei nemici.
Parte della chiesa è diventata una cioccolateria, che vende cioccolato realizzato seguendo le ricette del XVIII secolo. Gli amanti dei videogiochi potrebbero ricordare la chiesa per la sua apparizione in Fallout 4.
