If you're looking for this lovely statue of a "boy looking at the moon" (as it is often called), you need to look down. This detailed artwork is a really tiny one - it measures only 15 centimetres!
Since 1967 when it was installed for the first time, people have come looking for it because rumour has it that petting his head or bringing the boy some gifts will bring you good luck.
As the weather changes, people dress the boy up in scarves and hats to protect him from cold or bring him umbrellas to shield him from the rain. The fun never ends here.
