The University of Wisconsin–Green Bay is a public university in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with regional campuses in Marinette, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan. Founded in 1965, it is part of the University of Wisconsin System. As of Fall 2016, student enrollment was approximately 7,030, including 6,758 undergraduate students.Since its founding, the school had an environmental sustainability emphasis, and offers associate, bachelor's, master's degree programs, as well as a doctoral program, First Nations Ed.D. The university's mascot is the Phoenix.
