The Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum is always a great idea for a visit. Its exhibitions, which feature both local artists and worldwide-renowned names, are everchanging. There are 300 of them each year, on average, so there is no need to fear repetitiveness.
The museum is also quite easy to find. It is conveniently located right at the heart of Tokyo, in the Ueno Park.
