Get an early start and take a ferry to the Ellis Island, once a gateway to the USA for millions of immigrants. During the ferry ride, you can enjoy the view of the Statue of Liberty and of Manhattan. If you want, you can also visit the Liberty Island and climb the iconic, majestic statue looking over the city - the Statue of Liberty.

Head back to NYC and start your walk with the Flatiron Building - sadly, it is not open to the public, but it is one of the most often photographed skyscrapers in New York. Next, see the Empire State Building - an iconic Art Deco skyscraper and one of the best-known buildings in New York.

Continue to the Chrysler Building, another stunning Art Deco skyscraper in NYC. Only the lobby is open to the public, the rest of the building is unfortunately not accessible to tourists, but the building is definitely worth seeing. Explore Grand Central Terminal, a Beaux-Arts railroad terminal full of surprises and shops.

You can get your well-deserved rest in the Bryant Park. Then head to Times Square and to the Rockefeller Center, a complex of Art Deco high-rise buildings boasting many shops and cafés. The Top of the Rock observation deck offers spectacular views of New York City. Finish your day by strolling the famous 5th Avenue.
