Where to Shop in Milan

The heart of Milan's shopping paradise is the Quadrilatero della moda, the high-class fashion district framed by Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, Via Manzoni and Corso Venezia. Many well-known fashion designers have their boutiques and stores here, from Gucci and Prada to Valentino and Versace.

If you are on a tight budget, head to designer outlets which offer clothes on a shoestring. The biggest ones are located outside the city but you can get there comfortably by a shuttle bus.

  • Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II

    An absolutely stunning example of Art Nouveau architecture. Built in 1877, it belongs to the oldest shopping galleries in the world.

  • Via Monte Napoleone

    A fancy boulevard which overflows with high-end boutiques, prêt-à-porter stores, HQs of famous designers and shoe-maker shops.

  • Via della Spiga

    One of the four streets which make up the Quadrilatero della Moda district. Look for boutiques such as Prada, Bulgari, Tiffany and Moschino.

  • Corso Buenos Aires

    Spending all day here shopping is not a problem at all! There are more than 350 boutiques, outlets and stores to choose from.

  • 10 Corso Como Outlet

    Visit the übercool store every Vogue reader worships and shop for the latest designer clothes. It's a great bazaar for stylish people.

  • Via Paolo Sarpi

    Heart of Milan's Chinatown with plenty of small shops, restaurants and salons. Sometimes dubbed ‚the poor man‘s via Montenapoleone'.

  • La Rinascente

    Splendid department store with clothing, home & design and beauty products. International shoppers can shop here without any tax.

    Shop till you drop! This outlet offers amazing bargain prices for designer clothes from Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Armani, YSL and others.

  • Armani Megastore

    This flagship store is a prime spot for lovers of high-end fashion. See Emporio Armani, Armani Jeans, the Armani Casa and other sections.

  • Via Sant'Andrea

    A luxurious shopping thoroughfare where you can find high-end boutiques such as Hermès, Chanel, Kenzo, Giorgio Armani or Miu Miu.
