Virgin Mary's House;House of Virgin Mary

This house is believed to be the dwelling of Virgin Mary when she had lived in Ephesus. The house is now restored and it serves as a chapel and it is an important site of Christian pilgrimage.

The surrounding grounds also hide plenty of interesting sights. Below the chapel, there is the "Wall of Wishes" where the pilgrims write their wishes on the small pieces of fabric or paper. Also, the water in the fountain nearby is believed to cure all diseases.
