Finished in 1995, this 421-meter high tower makes for a fabulous viewing spot of the city beneath it. But the view is not the only thing worth coming for. Many cultural events are hosted here and it's probable that some traditional dances will welcome you once you enter. There is also a revolving restaurant inside.
