The market is located in what was once a biscuit factory belonging to the National Biscuit Company. The famous and well-loved Oreo cookies were invented and made in this very building.
Today, however, it is a busy shopping centre. There are many little shops (of various focuses) that you can browse and places where you can get something to eat. You can choose from many different cuisines. Apart from the traditional dishes e.g. hamburgers, tacos or Mac and Cheese you can get delicious baguettes, lobsters, Thai food, Italian food and more. If you plan to visit the market during the lunchtime hours, be prepared for crowds of people though - the place is a very popular spot for a quick and tasty lunch.
If you want to know which shops are located there, they are all listed in a well arranged way on the official website. Also, be sure to check the events section so you would not miss anything that might interest you.
Third party tours available, check the website for details.
