Dating back to the 16th century, this Renaissance church houses several remarkable artworks by Titian and Tintoretto. However, the most notable artworks are undoubtedly the wonderful frescoes decorating the interior. They were painted by Paolo Veronese, who is also buried beneath the church. The church is dedicated to Saint Sebastian, the patron saint of plague victims in Venice.
