French-born Torres is New York's adopted Willy Wonka. Here, he dishes out drool-worthy truffles and bonbons, and hot chocolate rich enough to make a Swiss miss blush. Festively wrapped bars and baskets make sweet souvenirs but the shop also has a café with marble-top tables for those whose chocolate cravings simply cannot wait.
