Klinger, a 'tajch', is one of the artificial water reservoirs built to supply energy to Banska Stiavnica's mines in the 18th century. Now it's used only for recreational use and its a common place to take a walk to and swim in summer and early autumn. It's only a 15 minutes long walk from the city center of Banska Stiavnica and makes for a nice trip.
