Mansion in Dolná Krupá

Local nameKaštieľ Dolná Krupá
LocationDolná Krupá, Slovakia

Mansion in Dolná Krupá was built by a wealthy Brunsik family with added English-style park and many smaller housing objects. It's famous for allegedly being one of Ludwig Van Beethoven's favorite places to stay and he supposedly composed the famous Moonlight Sonatta here. Whether this is really true remains a mystery. To comemorate his legend a rococo pavilon with a music exhibition is there for visitors to enjoy.
