This historical monastery was restored in the 19th century and it is now operating again. It is believed to hold the tomb of its founder, Theodosius the Cenobiarch. Also, there is a cave where the Three Magi supposedly took shelter on their way home after delivering their gifts to the newborn Baby Jesus.
