Located at the top of Wenceslas Square, the museum houses collections focusing on natural history as well as culture. This Neo-renaissance building was built in 1891 and the already-established museum collection was moved into this large exhibition space. The exterior of the National Museum is especially splendid at night when it is beautifully illuminated.
