Serooskerke is a village in the southwest Netherlands. It is located in the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland, Zeeland about 100 km southwest of Rotterdam.
In 2001, the village of Serooskerke had 225 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.074 km², and contained 99 residences. The statistical area "Serooskerke", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 300.
