Serranos is one of the city's remaining two gates, which construction began as early as in 1392. It was built as a part of the historical city wall, protecting the city of Valencia, and was later used as a prison.
You can access the tower and marvel at the Gothic interior and the splendid view upstairs.
In winter, it will close depending on the daylight.
