Church of San Geremia

This 11th-century church is known for its interior works of art but it is especially known as a pilgrimage point since it is the grave of Saint Lucy of Syracuse (the patron of the blind). During its existence, the church underwent many major reconstruction works and therefore is a collection of several architectonic styles.
