One of the most striking examples of the Hungarian Neo-Gothic style, you can find this beautiful red church right at the bank of the Danube river.
Designed by a famous architect of the era - Samu Pecz - it was consecrated in 1896, and has remained open to the faithful ever since. It even served as the marriage place for a renowned Hungarian poet Endre Ady.
