The famous architect Antoni Gaudí was commissioned to build this complex by his patron Eusebi Güell, a wealthy Spanish entrepreneur, whose name bear several other buildings designed by Gaudí. The complex consisted of a winery and adjoining buildings which were originally supposed to serve as hunting pavilions. This intriguing building is now occupied by a restaurant called Gaudí Garraf.
